NARS Pro Prime Smudgeproof Eyeshadow Base (travel size) – I recently got this in a swap, and so far I like it. I don’t find it much different than Urban Decay Primer Potion, but it’s a good primer that keeps my eye shadow in place all day.
YSL Eyeliner Effet Faux Cils Longwear Cream Eyeliner in Deep Black – (reviewed here). This is my current favorite cream liner, and I use it just about every day!
Bobbi Brown Longwear Cream Eyeshadow in Stone – Stone is a light, taupe shade that is very soft and natural. I like using it smudged into my lash line for a very soft look. It’s quite similar in color to MAC Groundwork Paintpot.
MAC Paintpot in Constructivist – Constructivist is a gorgeous bronzed-brown with a reddish undertone. Many times I use it alone smudged into my lash line, or as a base for my brown eyeshadow.
Chanel Illusion d’Ombre Long-Wear Luminous Eyeshadow in Epatant – (reviewed here) I haven’t had this very long, but I’ve been wearing it just about every chance I get. It seems to blend really well with my every day brown shadows.
MAC Brule Eyeshadow – Brule is a matte, soft ivory. I use it every day all over my lid before applying any other eyeshadow. It evens out the color on my lids and makes my lids a perfect blank canvas for my eyeshadow and liner.
L’Oreal Infallible Eyeshadows in Endless Pearl, Iced Latte, Bronzed Taupe and Amber Rush – These are pretty new to my collection, but they are everything that everyone has been raving about. They are wonderful, dreamy-smooth and intensely pigmented shadows. I love using Endless Peal all over my lid (as it’s just like MAC Brule, but more pigmented). Iced Latte as a highlight, and Bronzed Taupe and Amber Rush in my crease. (I’ll do a separate post on these later!)
Christian Dior Five Golds 5-Colour Eyeshadow Palette – (reviewed here) This is an older limited edition palette, but it’s one of my favorite palettes. All 5 colors go together so wonderfully and when using this palette, I never need to reach for any additional colors. This palette has it all. If you can get your hands on one in a blog sale, swap, etc, I highly recommend it!
Christian Dior Diorskin Nude Fresh Glow Hydrating Makeup Foundation – (reviewed here) A great, light-med coverage foundation. I don’t use it every day, because I don’t want to run out too quickly, but I wear it very often.
IT Cosmetics Heavenly Luxe Powder Brush – Words cannot describe how much I love this brush! It’s my current favorite brush for setting powder or powder foundation. I also like using it for blending my liquid foundation once it’s been applied, and I’ve even used it applying cream foundation. It’s very soft and dense, feels wonderful on the face, and blends liquid and powder products perfectly.
Anastasia Clear Brow Gel – This has been my favorite brow gel for the past several months. I have very unruly and coarse brows, and this keeps them in place very well throughout the day.
Maybelline Mastershape Brow Pencil – (reviewed here) I really like this product for coloring in my brows. I can color them in very quick, and they always look well groomed and natural. I just wish it was retractable. Considering it’s a wax pencil, when sharpened, it doesn’t create a pointed tip, so you can’t really get much precision with this pencil.
Shiseido Mascara Base – This base keeps my lashes curled all day, and makes my lashes look longer and volumized. I always apply one coat after I’ve curled my lashes, and then I’ll apply my mascara. The result is mega-lashes! I think everyone needs a tube of this in their life.
Maybelline The Falsies Mascara – (reviewed here) In conjunction with the Shiseido Base, my lashes always look very full and long. This is my absolute favorite drugstore mascara for it’s awesome volume. I must have said this over 100 times in my blog, but I’ll say it again and again!
Smith’s Rosebud Lip Salve – My lips have been very chapped this winter, and this is the only thing that helps quench them.
ELF Conditioning Lip Balm in Peaceful Pink – (reviewed here) This is my favorite tinted lip balm. Hate the packaging, but it feels great on the lips and is a perfect baby pink.
MAC Hue Lipstick – (reviewed here) This has been one of my favorite pink lipsticks for the past few years. It’s just a great sheer, warm pink with a glossy finish. It feels moisturizing, doesn’t accentuate dryness and doesn’t “wash out” my complexion.
Smashbox Lip Enhancing Gloss in Pout – Although this isn’t the best formula – after a while it can feel a little gummy on the lips, it’s a great layering gloss for a touch of creamy, light pink. It’s very similar to Nars Turkish Delight, and is a fab color, especially on cool-toned and light skin.
Chanel Bagatelle Glossimer – (reviewed here) Love this, and so sad it’s not going to be around forever. I often wear it alone, and it brightens up my face with it’s sparkly golden pink hue.
These are nice. I used to carry a lot of stuff too “just in case.” You should do a post on what your makeup bag looks like. Bet it's really cute and convenient.

Girlie Blogger – LOL “Just in case” someone accidentally dumps a pail of water on your head, right? I never end up reapplying makeup during the day – and once I realized that, I started carrying much less. I definitely will do a “what's in my makeup bag” soon! 🙂

wow! thanks so much for this amazing post. I can definitely tell you put a lot of time in it. That MAC l/s in hue looks like it would be a perfect color for me. I'm also interested in trying out that ELF tinted balm. Totally agree on the falsies mascara, it's awesome and my current fav.

Amazing, informative post!
I used to carry so much make up in my bag too but now all I have is 2 lipsticks and a lipbalm… And I'm ok with it, because I'm just at work and usually go straight home after.
I seriously want everything you mentioned… That's my biggest problem with reading your amazing blog, I just want to go out and buy everything you mentioned and love! 🙂
Hope you're doing well?

IT cosmetics will be featured on the Shopping Chanel in Canada tomorrow… I hope they have a deal that includes that brush. I missed out on the last one, and I'm too cheap to just buy the brush, when I know a blockbuster might come up eventually 🙂

when I was still in school I used to bring a lot of makeup too especially that the girls in our class always like to borrow and do each other's makeup. nowadays I bring minimum makeup too.
I love all the items you currently use especially those infallible eye shadows that I still haven't gotten my hands on. 🙂

MarianaLuisa – It's so nice! It's soo soft and is just a wonderful multi-purpose brush. I'd even like to buy an extra to have on hand, but I'll have to wait a bit. 🙂
MaviDeniz – Thank you! You can definitely rock Hue. It sounds so cliche, but it really is the perfect every day pink. It's sheer, yet pigmented and semi-glossy. It's not too pink, it's just right! It's especially nice for those with warm skin. The balm is amazing. I love the color.. it's actually a good dupe for Hue. They don't look alike in the swatches, but they look a lot a like on the lips. The ELF may be a little pinker.
Cendana – I don't want to be an “enabler” but yes, you need them all! LOL

Carressa – I don't think you'll be disappointed. I've never been too wowed with any gel liner – even Bobbi Brown, despite it being my favorite. The YSL is the perfect texture and depth. Love!
Laiqah – Thank you, dear! That's funny – my bag always use to weigh a ton and it was so annoying to carry! My shoulder would literally hurt! Now my bag is so light that I sometimes have to double check if it's even on my shoulder.
Haha, awww!! That's the bad thing about blogging!! 😡
I'm doing well, thank you honey.. Hope you are doing good as well <3
Silvia Quirós – Aren't they wonderful? They are so luxurious. I hope they come out with more shades!

Lucy – I got it in a set with the HD powder. It was a pretty good value considering it costs less than just the brush alone. The brush is $48 alone, and the set is $38. How does one figure? http://www.qvc.com/qic/qvcapp.aspx/view.2/app.detail/params.item.A212347.desc.It-Cosmetics-ByeBye-Pores-HD-Finishing-Powder-wHydro-Collagen
I agree.. LOL the brush alone is very expensive. You're so much better off getting it in a set.
HIGHlight & Couture – You'll love it. Just curl your lashes tightly so they're sticking straight up.. and then apply the base. Then wait about 30 seconds, and apply your mascara. Your lashes will have never looked better! I'm so spoiled with the base that when I don't use it, my lashes look so crummy. lol
Marie Martell – Awesome! I hope everything has worked out well for you! 🙂
Dani – <333 I will post about them soon! I love them.
Joanne – That's funny. My friends and family would always ask me to do their makeup, and I always use to be prepared!
You must get your hands on at least one! They are incredible.
Thank you everyone else, for your wonderful comments!
