Giorgio Armani High Precision Retouch ($40) is a highlighting concealer/corrector that minimizes the look of dark under-eye circles and discolorations. This moisturizing formula contains Vitamin E to treat the delicate eye area as well as light-diffusing pearls to create a luminous finish.
Giorgio Armani High Precision Retouch is available in (7) shades. I use shade #3, which works really well for my warm, medium skin-tone.

The consistency of this concealer is very fluid – it’s thin and liquidy, yet when you blend it out, it has a creamy feel to it. By sounds of it, you might think it might be something like YSL Touche Eclat, but it’s very different – it’s more of a concealer than YSL (which is sheerer), and despite it’s lightweight, liquid texture, it packs a lot of pigment.
What I really like about this concealer is that it’s very lightweight and blends seamlessly into the skin with a super natural finish. This would be a good go-to concealer to pop in your bag for an instant pick-me-up for brightening up tired eyes without the obvious appearance of makeup. If you are someone that only spot conceals and you don’t wear foundation on a daily basis, this is a great one for you. It’s one of those “hey honey, we’re just going to eat breakfast quick, you don’t need to put on makeup” sorta things, and you reply “mmhm.. okay, hun, I’ll just get dressed quick” as you quickly fill your brows in and throw a coat of mascara on. (In translation, he’s too hungry to wait for you to put on makeup. He wants to eat now, and doesn’t mind if you look like a cavewoman.) If anyone with an impatient partner can relate, humor me.
This concealer has a solid medium/buildable to a fuller-medium coverage. If you want more coverage, you may want to apply a color corrector first. It has enough coverage for me on it’s own, but for seriously full coverage, I like applying Tarte Shape Tape first, and the Giorgio Armani concealer on top. It gives a nice, brightening effect. I’m usually inclined to go nuts with concealer and will typically over apply. But with this concealer the wand is so small, and it only applies a small amount at once, which will keep the area from looking heavy or cakey. Since the only cake I want is on a plate with rainbow sprinkles – not under my eyes. 😉

It has a slight dewy, glowy finish, which makes the area look younger and fresh.
If you have lines, wrinkles or dryness, it’s very difficult to find a super lightweight concealer that actually has coverage and doesn’t make things look worse. This might be a good one to test out when you’re near an Armani counter.
If you’re in the market for a new concealer, I’d recommend giving it a try!
