Q: What camera do you use for your photos?

A: I’ve used quite a few cameras since the start of my blog. Currently I’m using a Canon Rebel T4i, and I love and highly recommend it! Posts before 1/6/13 I was using a Nikon Coolpix P500. Posts prior to April 2012, I was using a Canon Powershot SD3500 IS 14.1 Megapixels. Blog posts before June 2009, I was using a Canon Powershot A720 8.1 Megapixels.

Q: Do you have a Youtube account? Will you make videos?
A: I’m not sure what the future holds, but for now, my focus is my blog. My passion is photography and writing, which is why I prefer blogging.

Q: What is your favorite foundation, concealer, bronzer, etc?
A: Please refer to my “Favorite Products” page by clicking here.

Q: Fullest/Best Coverage Concealer?
A: From the ones I’ve tried, Hard Candy Glamoflauge conceals the best for dark circles and blemishes. It’s only available at select Wal-mart stores. I have noticed that the lasting power isn’t the best – so I like combining it with MAC ProLongwear Concealer and it doesn’t budge at all! Otherwise I’ll set it with a good amount of powder. My never fail concealer though, is MAC Studio Finish Concealer.

Q: Fullest/Best Coverage Foundation?
A: From the ones I’ve tried, Estee Lauder Double Wear is my favorite for full coverage. Also, cream formulations tend to cover more than liquid, and I really like Laura Mercier Silk Creme Foundation when I want a flawless coverage.

Q: What foundation do you recommend that will photograph well?
A: Usually a foundation that doesn’t contain a high SPF. Make Up Forever HD Foundation works excellent, and I also really like the way Chanel Vitalumiere Vitalumiere Aqua photographs.

Q: What foundation do you recommend that is long wearing?
A: MAC Pro Longwear has an exceptional lasting power. It’s always a reliable foundation for very long days. Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation also has fantastic lasting power.

Q: What brushes do you like to apply foundation with?
A: I have several, but I mostly use my Coastal Scents Bionic Flat Top Buffer Brush or Real Techniques Stippling Brush. I always use a synthetic brush, and I mainly reach for duo-fiber brushes or dense, flat top brushes. They seem to smooth my foundation on better than any other brush design.
